Welcome to the course. Over four weeks you’ll work through the parts of Canvas that sit behind every mark you give: SpeedGrader, rubrics, the Grades page and item banks. Each week follows the same pattern, so you always know where you are: a short start, a question to get you thinking, the core content, a quiz and a practical task, then a moment to look back.
This first week is about SpeedGrader. If you are new to Canvas, it is where most of your marking will happen. It brings the submission, the grade, your comments and any rubric into one screen, so you stop moving between downloaded files, email and spreadsheets.
